NDA Entrance examination is been established by Union Public Service Commission on 22 August 2010 and students who wants to acquire for the admission of Air Force, Army and  Navy of NDA for about 126th course and Naval Academy for 88th Indian Naval Academy course can apply for the examination starting from 30th June 2011.

Applicants who want to join Indian Naval Academy would have to go through B.Tech course which is for 4 years and are also provided an opportunity to connect with Technical Branch of Navy related as per the availability of any vacancies. The approximate vacancies which are to be filled will be 335 from which 66 for the Air Force, 195 is for Army, 39 for Navy and 35 Executive branch of Naval Academy. These openings are temporary and can be modified based on the accessibility of training capacity of the Academy.

NSD have organized three year training course in Dramatic Arts together with occupation in acting, direction and stagecraft. The candidates are presented with Diploma after the successful completion of this program. This is similar to any of the Post-Graduate Degree and can craft and slot the eligible applicants as teachers in the academies and institutions as well as for PhD programs. This Diploma is recognized by Government of India in order for the recruitment of advanced posts and services for the Central Government where occupation in this relevant field is necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must be Graduate in any discipline from any of the reputed University. They should acquire a capability in Hindi and English. Applicants must have contributed in minimum 6 plays or have done any other theatre activities. They should escort providing duplicates of testimonials and certificates. Candidates should be between the age of 18-30 years and for the applicants belonging to the category of SC/ST acquires an age relaxation of about five years.

Total number of seats

There are about 20 seats made available out of which 4 seats are reserved for SC/ST candidates. Candidates turning out from families associated with performing arts are given more preferences. Students who are outsiders are allotted 1 or 2 seats in a session. Such students should submit their candidature through Indian Embassy/ High Commission to the Indian Council for Cultural Relations. 1. Paper pencil test will cover only one day on 02 May 2010 at 1000 to 1230 Hrs, while the Computer Based Test will commence from 08 May 2010 onwards within three slots per day.

2. If the candidates listed for Computer Based Test in any capital are restricted then they will be allowed to originate for the Paper Based Test which will be on 02 May 2010.

3. No applicants are accepted to obtain additional test, however the test are managed for few more days.

The Pre-Medical Entrance Examination is introduced by the Uttaranchal Council of Entrance Examination, which is founded by the Private Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic, and Homeopathic colleges of Uttaranchal. The Common Pre Medical Entrance Examination will be going to proceed on the end week of May, 2010. Applicants can download the admit card through online during April to mid May, 2010.

Eligibility criteria

The eligibility criteria for MBBS and BDS candidates is that they must have cleared the 10+2 along with equivalent examination through PCB and English with at least 50% marks.

The process for BAMS and BHMS candidates is, they must have passed the 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and for all other programs candidates should be above the age of 17 years.
