Electricity Department of Goa, introduced in year 1963 as a Government Department. It was estimated the only licensee in Goa for broadcast and allocation of Electrical Energy. The relative subdivision procures the power of 16 Mw from Reliance Industries Ltd. The department targeted to purchase power from Central Grid and some other sources as to spread it and dispense it to the customers possibly with better consistency.

Job Profile:

Applicants are invited for the post of Junior Engineer in the Electricity department of Goa. Candidates, who got selected, have to work in Goa in order to provide better electricity services to the people.

Eligibility:

Applicants applying for the post should not be more than 40 years of age.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should hold the degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute for the posts of Junior Engineer.
