The Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET) is commenced by the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam to screen the eligible candidates who want to take admission to pursue the various courses in Arts, Science, Law, and Engineering. AUCET 2018 Eligibility Criteria: Nationality: Candidate should be of Indian Nationality. Those who belong to Andhra Pradesh only and satisfy Local / Non-Local status requirements stipulated by Andhra Pradesh State Educational Institutions or 1974 as subsequently amended. One have to satisfy Local / Non Local status requirement as per AP GO MS NO 153 to being an eligible for AUCET Exam Notification 2018. Candidates other than Indian National have to satisfy rules of Universities concerned. Required Qualification: For admission into PG Arts and Science courses should possess three year Bachelor Degree of 10+2+3 or 12+3 or 1 1+1+3 pattern with the prescribed minimum percentage of marks. However candidates who have Bachelor Degree by Distance Education without 10+2+3 pattern are also eligible for admission into P.G. Courses with the subject to submission of residence certificate. AUCET 2018 Exam Pattern: AUCET Entrance Test is conducted through offline mode only i.e. it is a pen paper based test. Total time duration to complete the test is 1 hour 30 minutes The questions in the paper are comprised of objective type multiple choice. The paper is available in English language only For every correct answer, students will be awarded by 1 mark Candidates are free to attempt all the questions because there is no negative marking for the wrong attempt No marks will be deducted or given for un-attempted questions.

The application form will be available on the official website of the university which is ‘audoa.in’or ‘http://www.andhrauniversity.edu.in/doa’.
