The Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Goa is the exam conducting authority for GCET (Goa Common Entrance Test). The GCET is a state level entrance test through which candidates can get admission in engineering courses. DTE, Goa conducts this exam on annual basis at various exam centres throughout the Goa.  It is important to mention here that the admissions in medical courses including MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH UG courses will be done on the basis of NEET score. While NATA score will be considered for admission in B. Arch programme. Candidates must ensure eligibility to appear in the entrance test before submitting the application form. GCET Entrance Eligibility Criteria

GCET 2019 Eligibility Criteria: Candidate can check the GCET eligibility criteria details herein below. Check all the criteria carefully and then proceed for applying online: Nationality An Indian citizen can apply. Non-resident Indians having the Indian Passport may also apply under NRI quota. GCET 2019 Exam Pattern: GCET 2019 is based on the syllabus of Class 12 of the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. GCET Entrance Application Form

GCET 2019 Application Form: Candidates are required to fill all details carefully. The application form guidelines are given below: Candidates have to download the application form and take a printout of it. The GCET application form has to be filled in the candidate’s own handwriting. The filled-in application form has to be submitted at the specified locations in person. GCET 2019 Admit Card: Admit Card for GCET 2019 will be released 2-3 weeks before the scheduled exam date. The application form submitted should contain correct information and no fields should be left incomplete. Once the correct application form and fees are submitted by the candidate, an admit card will be issued thereafter to the respective candidates. It will not be emailed or posted, nor can it be downloaded from the official website of the exam. GCET Entrance Counselling Procedure

GCET 2019 Counselling Procedure: The GCET 2019 counselling is expected to begin from the month of June 2019. Meritorious candidates must go through the counselling process to finalise the admission in the desired course. The GCET counselling will be held through offline mode. The counselling process will be completed in various rounds and candidates must appear as per the Govt. of India rules and regulations.
