Karnataka Engineering Entrance Examination is very competitive entrance examination popularly known as Karnataka CET Common entrance examination for taking admission in various undergraduate courses in the universities and colleges across the State. The exam will be conducted for admissions in various undergraduate engineering programs in the State colleges of the Karnataka. KCET Application Form

KCET Application Form 2018: KEA will release the KCET 2018 application form in the 2nd week of January 2018. Candidates can check here all details of filling the application form: The KCET online application form will be available only through online mode. No other mode will be applicable to get the application form. Candidates can fill the KCET 2018 application form till the 1st week of March 2018. Candidates have to upload their scanned photograph, left hand thumb impression and signature. The size of the photograph, signature & left hand thumb impression should be greater than 5 KB and less than 40 KB. The dimension should be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (Photograph), 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm (Signature & left hand thumb impression). Before filling the application form, candidates must read the instruction carefully. Take the printout of the filled application form for future use.

KCET Application Fees

Details regarding the KCET 2018 application fee is given below category-wise: For GEN/OBC category – Rs 650/- For SC/ST category – Rs 500/- For Candidates residing outside Karnataka – Rs 750/- Candidates residing outside India – Rs.5000/- Bank charges of Rs. 10/- was charged from all the category candidates. The application fee was remitted through e-challan by depositing fee in any specified bank (State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Hyderabad, Indian Bank, Axis Bank, State Bank of India). For candidates residing outside India are needed to pay the fee through DD drawn in favor of Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority payable at Bangalore.

KCET 2018 Counselling: The KCET 2018 counselling is required to be attended by the students in the order of the KCET merit list. The candidates have to appear for the counselling for the various undergraduate and post graduate courses. Candidates appearing for counselling and seat allotment of Karnataka CET 2018 have to get their documents verified.  If they are satisfied with the seat allotment, then they need to pay the prescribed fee.  Once the announcements for Karnataka CET 2018 Seat Allotment are made, the candidates will be required to download and take printout of the Admission Letter.
