KIITEE Eligibility Criteria

KIITEE 2017 – Eligibility Criteria: The aspirants who wish to take part in the KIITEE 2017 Exam must fulfill the eligibility conditions. The eligibility criteria specify the required conditions such as the academic qualification, age limit, nationality etc. The candidate can apply for the examination only if he is meeting all the eligibility requirements. Read the eligibility conditions here. The applicants must have class 12th qualified with the aggregate of 60% marks. The aspirant must have studied in regular full- time formal education. The applicant should be born on or after July 1, 1995. For the dual degree in biotechnology, the applicant must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Math/ biology taken together.

KIITEE Exam Pattern

KIITEE Exam Pattern: The exam will be conducted through CBT (Computer Based Mode). The question paper will contain objective type question; each question is followed by four options. For each correct answer four marks will be provided. One mark will be deducted for wrong answer as the negative marking. The question paper will be asked in English language. Admit Card Admit Card will be hosted in the website from 01st April 2017 to 05th April 2017. In case, the Admit Card is not available in the website within 06th April 2017, candidates should write/contact KIIT between 07th April 2017 to 10th April 2017 giving details of the Post Office, date of dispatch, receipt of postal dispatch, Photocopy of the Application Form, one photograph, photocopy of 10th Pass Certificate/Mark sheet.

KIITEE Results

KIITEE 2017 – Result: The result for the KIITEE 2017 Exam will be announced in the mid week of May 2017. The result will be disclosed in the online mode. The candidate can then check their result by using the necessary details i.e. application number or roll number and date of birth. The qualified candidates will be then called for the next level of the admission procedure. It is possible that the university may release the provisional result before the final result. It should be remembered that the provisional result will not the final one. The university may send the rank cards to the qualified candidates. KIITEE Counselling Procedure

KIITEE 2017 Counselling: According to the availability of seats, a cut-off rank is released for the counselling. Candidates who have scored above than cut-off rank will be invited for counselling process. The KIITEE 2017 Counselling for B.Tech course is held from 10th May to 13th May 2017.   The counselling is organized through offline mode. Counselling and seat allotment will be strictly based on the merit list. Document verification will be done at the time of counselling. Candidates have to produce the original required documents at the time of counselling.

Reservation of Seats The KIITEE-2017 Quota Seats are distributed among different categories of candidates as follows. Separate Merit list will be prepared for each Category SC: 15% ST: 7.5% PC: 3% Candidates will be considered eligible for admission under PC Category, who are having 40% disabilities in consonance with Section-39 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Participation) Act, 1995 15% & 7.5% seats of KIITEE-2017 quota seats will be reserved for Schedule Caste & Scheduled Tribe (by birth) respectively.
