Gautam Buddha University ( GBU ) Competitive Entrance Examination Application Procedure – 2015

For undergraduate, Post Graduate, M. Phil, Integrated dual degree Programme:

Applying Procedure :

Online submission:

On line application form and brochure will be available on University website:

Application fee may be submitted through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.

Transaction charges for payment through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking may be additional to the application fee.

Offline submission:

OMR Application Form with information brochure can be obtained from University Counter by paying in Demand Draft drawn in favour of

"Chairman, Admissions Gautam Buddha University” payable at New Delhi of Rs. 1200/- for General / OBC candidates Rs. 600/- for SC / ST candidates.

Outstation candidates may obtain OMR Application Forms by post after paying Demand Draft drawn in favour of Chairman,

Admissions Gautam Buddha University

 Payable at New Delhi Rs. 1250/- for General / OBC candidates and Rs. 650/- for SC / ST candidates.

The completed OMR application form should reach within the specified last date to the address given above. For details of the programme, refer to the university website / information brochure.

Transaction charges for payment using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking additional with the application fee.

The university will not be responsible for any postal/ courier delay or any reason whatsoever.

The completed application form should be accompanied with following documents;

(i) Self attested copies of mark sheets and certificates of all examinations starting from class 10th onwards.

(ii) Self attested copy of caste certificate, if applicable.

(iii) PhD applicants would be required to submit a Tentative Research Proposal in approx. 500 words as per the given area of research. In the title page of the PhD proposal, the discipline and the mode of admission ( Full Time / Working professional ) should be specified.

They may also submit the list of publications or other research credentials ( if any ).

(iv) The PhD applicants ( in working professional mode ) are also required to produce a letter of consent from the current employer for providing sufficient facilities and time as required by the university for conducting the research work ( only at the time of interview for PhD program ).

(v) A self attested copy of NATA score ( not older than 2 years on the last date of the application form submission, for B Arch applicants )

The duly signed printout of the completed application form for GPTU 2015 ( Integrated / Dual Degree Program B. Tech. +M. Tech. / MBA ( Engg., Biotechnology., Food Processing & Technology ) BBA &; MBA; BBA,LLB; B.A, LLB; B.A ( Hons. ). + M.A and all lateral entry programs ), GPT 2015 [ For all M.Tech, MBA, M.Phil ( Clinical Psychology );

For all PhD programs, along with required documents should reach latest by 10th April, 2015.

For GPT 2015 ( For M.A / MSW / M.Sc. / M.Phil. ( Buddhist Studies ) / B.Arch., The duly signed printout of the completed application form should reach latest by 3rd July, 2015.

For Under Graduate / Post Graduate / Doctoral Degree Program, please mention Application for Under Graduate / Post Graduate / Doctoral Program ( GPTU / GPT / GPTR 2015 ) on the right top corner of the envelope.

Candidate must send the signed printed copy of the filled online application form along with relevant documents to the address given below.
