ACHARYA N.G. RANGA AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY ADMISSION 2013 :

Applications for combined admissions into the following degree courses of Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University, Rajendranagar, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati and Dr. YSR Horticultural University, Venkataramannagudem are invited from the eligible Bi.P.C. candidates with EAMCET -2013 ranks.

COURSES OFFERED :

1.      B.Sc. (Agriculture),

2.      B.Sc. (CABM),

3.      B.Tech. (Food Technology),

4.      B.V.Sc. & A.H.,

5.      B.F.Sc. &

6.      B.Sc. (Hons) Horticulture

ELIGIBILITY :

A pass in two year Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, A.P. or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the University or Intermediate Board with Physical Sciences and Biological or Natural Sciences.

A candidate under general category for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. Degree course must have passed in each of the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology and obtained 50% marks in aggregate of these subjects at the qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belonging to the SC/ST marks prescribed shall be 10% less than that prescribed for general category (i.e., 40%).

AGE LIMIT :

17 – 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years SC/ST and 27 years for Physically Challenged candidates as on 31-12-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

APPLICATION FEE :

Rs. 800/- (Rs. 400/- SC/ST candidates) crossed DD (Original) Non-refundable drawn on any Nationalized bank in favour of Comptroller, ANGRAU payable at Hyderabad.

HOW TO APPLY :

Candidate should apply through prescribed application form and duly filled in application along with all necessary documents, Hall Ticket & Rank Card of EAMCET-2013 and DD should reach to The Registrar, Administrative Office, Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, Rajendranagar, and Hyderabad – 500030. Candidates must read Information Brochure carefully before applying.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :

Selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of ranks obtained in the EAMCET-2013.
