For Full Time & Part Time Ph. D .in Management

The basic qualification criteria for the purpose of admission to Ph. D programmes shall be as under:

The degree may be conferred upon candidates in various subjects provided that for the purpose of admission and registration they satisfy the following two conditions-

Condition 1:

The candidate must have passed Admission Test conducted by the University.

OR

The candidate is qualified in NET / SET / GATE / JRF / GPAT examination of the apex bodies in higher / technical professional education such as CSIR / UGC / ICMR or other equivalent examination.

Condition 2:

The candidate must have passed the Master's Degree examination in Arts or Science or Commerce or Technology or Law or Management of any Statutory University or equivalent thereto with minimum of 60% marks or minimum letter grade 'B+'.
OR

The candidate must have passed the Master's Degree examination in Arts or Science or Commerce or Technology or Law or Management of any Statutory University or equivalent thereto with minimum of 55% marks or minimum letter grade 'B' and the candidate must have passed the Bachelor's Degree examination with at least 60% marks or minimum letter grade 'A'.

OR

The candidate must have passed the professional examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants and / or Institute of Company Secretaries of India and / or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India ( Minimum 55% ).

OR

The candidate is a teacher having full time teaching experience of at least 2 years in Degree College / University ( in relevant area ).

OR

The candidate is a person who is a graduate of this or any other recognized University and is working in National Laboratories / Institutes / Government / Private Organization, nominated / sponsored by the respective employer.

For Part Time Ph.D.

Part Time Ph.D will require at least 5 year Full Time Work experience in executive or supervisory capacity up to 11th April 2015 ( out of which at least 2 years work experience should be after obtaining Master’s Degree )

The experience should be full time experience and will NOT include part time experience, internships, projects, training period, trainee (management, engineering) etc.

For Ph. D ( Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Physiotherapy )

Condition 1:

The candidate must have passed Admission Test conducted by the University.

Or

The candidate is qualified in NET / SET / GATE / JRF examination of the apex bodies in higher / technica1 professional education such as CSIR / UGC / ICMR or other equivalent examination.

Condition 2:

Biological Sciences

The candidate must have passed M.Sc in Biology ( 2 yrs Program ) in any one of the following subjects:

 ( Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Science, Biotechnology, Botany, Zoology, Applied Biology ) or a degree in allied fields such as M. B. B. S., M. Pharm., M. E. / M. Tech. ( Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering ) from a recognized University with Minimum 60% marks / grade B+ ( as mentioned by University in Final Marksheet ).

Or

The candidate must have passed M.Sc in Biology ( 2 yrs Program ) in any one of the following subjects:

( Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Science, Biotechnology, Botany, Zoology, Applied Biology ) or a degree in allied fields such as M. B. B. S., M. Pharm., M. E. / M. Tech. ( Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering ) from a recognized University with Minimum 55% marks / grade B ( as mentioned by University in Final Marksheet ) & Bachelors with minimum 60 percentage / grade A (as mentioned by University in Final Marksheet ).

Chemistry Sciences ( Regular Candidates )

The candidate must have passed M.Sc ( 2 yrs Program ) in Chemistry or in any branch of Chemical Sciences, Biochemistry or M. Pharm with Minimum 60% marks / grade B+ (as mentioned by University in Final Marksheet ).

Or

The candidate must have passed M.Sc ( 2 yrs Program ) in Chemistry or in any branch of Chemical Sciences, Biochemistry or M. Pharm with Minimum 55% marks / grade B (as mentioned by University in Final Mark sheet ) & B. Sc with minimum 60 percentage / grade A (as mentioned by University in Final Mark sheet).

Chemistry Sciences ( Professional Candidates )

Candidate with an M.Sc in Chemistry or any branch of Chemical Sciences or M.Pharm. from any recognized university / institute with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade

Or

b. The candidate is a teacher having full time teaching experience of at least two years in Degree College / University.( In relevant area )

Or

c. The candidate is a person who is a graduate of this or any other recognized university and is working in National Laboratories / Institutes / Government / Private Organization, nominated / sponsored by the respective employer.

 For P h .D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences

Condition 1: The candidate must have passed Admission Test conducted by the University.

OR

The candidate is qualified in NET / SET / GATE / JRF / GPAT examination of the apex bodies in higher / technical professional education such as CSIR / UGC / ICMR or other equivalent examination.

Condition 2:

The candidate must have passed the Master's Degree examination in Pharmacy of any Statutory University or equivalent thereto with minimum of 60% marks or minimum letter grade 'B+'.

OR

The candidate must have passed the Master's Degree examination in Pharmacy of any Statutory University or equivalent thereto with minimum of 55% marks or minimum letter grade 'B' and the candidate must have passed the Bachelor's Degree examination with at least 60% marks or minimum letter grade 'A'.

OR

The candidate is a teacher having full time teaching experience of at least 2 years in Degree College / University ( In relevant Area ).

OR

The candidate is a person who is a graduate of this or any other recognized University and is working in National Laboratories / Institutes / Government / Private Organization, nominated / sponsored by the respective employer.
