Sikkim Manipal University ( SMU ) MCA Entrance Examination Eligibility Criteria-2015:
Candidates who fulfill any of the following criteria can apply for Three years Master of Computer Application programme:
BCA/ B.Sc.( Computer Science ) / B.Sc. ( Computer Science ( Hons. ) ) / B.Sc.( IT ) from a recognized University, with at least 50% ( 45% for SC/ST/OBC ) marks in aggregate with Mathematics in 10+2 level.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/OBC) Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or Graduation
MCA Lateral Entry Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who fulfill the following criteria can apply for the direct entry to second year of Master of Computer Application programme:
Successfully completed 3 years graduation degree course of BCA / B.Sc.( IT ) / B.Sc.( CS ) / B.Sc.(CS Hons.) with minimum 60% ( 55% for SC / ST / OBC ) in aggregate with Mathematics at either ( 10 +2 ) or graduation from any recognized University in regular mode.
